We have employed AEP at our Head Office premises Sentinel House in Darlington for over 4 years, we also use their services throughout our Branch network (including Darlington Homes) on all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical and Building Services Maintenance, for both planned and reactive works. They offer a very professional whilst cost effective service. We have used AEP for approximately 5-years on various types of installation ranging from whole school re-wires and replacement heating systems to call outs for broken lights. All of the workmen are polite and efficient and able to communicate at all levels to the end user; this could be a Bishop to a caretaker. They have won work in tender situations as well as having been awarded contracts on a negotiated basis. They recently completed a Presbytery refurbishment that entailed building and decoration works as well as the more usual bathroom installations, re-wire and new heating system. We are always delighted with the end product. AEP give that added value that a client needs of being responsive, being honest and not walking away from a problem. The only hesitation I have about recommending them, is that I want to keep them to myself!
